Returns & Refunds

1. If you have any problems with the Products you have ordered, please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page of our Website.
2. Due to the nature of our Products, once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and no refunds or exchanges will be given. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described (in relation to which we will refund the price of the faulty Products in full, including any applicable delivery charges).
3. If there are issues with your order you have up to 14 days to contact us of which we can resolve the issue and issue a refund or credit note if needed.
