 These steaks are a beef lovers dream!!, sourced from dairy farms in devon after being used for milk they are carefully selected to be retired onto pasture to gain fat then they are released into the meat industry.

What you get is a beautiful depth of flavor as its had many more years to gain flavor and marble giving beautiful depth to the steak.

We cut these at approx 8oz or 16oz each

Ex dairy ribeye and Hanger steaks

I never tried ex diary ribeye or hanger steak before. Both have an intense beefy flavour and extremely tender. You can definitely taste the difference from supermarket steaks. YCB offers a variety of cuts and I will purchase again.

Effing amazing

The dairy cow ribeye was exceptionally good. Full of flavour, melt in the mouth.
It was more tender than we thought it would be. Would definitely recommend you give it ago.

I had 9 steaks in total...

I had a steak box and the ex dairy ribeye. All were gorgeous but the ex dairy was something else. Will certainly be ordering again
