I never tried ex diary ribeye or hanger steak before. Both have an intense beefy flavour and extremely tender. You can definitely taste the difference from supermarket steaks. YCB offers a variety of cuts and I will purchase again.

The dairy cow ribeye was exceptionally good. Full of flavour, melt in the mouth.
It was more tender than we thought it would be. Would definitely recommend you give it ago.
