Please note we are a very busy shop, all online orders are done on an A.S.A.P basis first come first served so please bare with us. If you need your order on a certain date we require at least 1 weeks notice please leave your requested date as a note at the checkout.

  1. Delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the address stated in the order confirmation (so please make sure that the delivery details you provide are accurate as we cannot be responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries as a result of your error)
  2. Your normal delivery day will be updated once we fulfil your order. You will receive a shipping email the day before delivery once you order has been scanned as collected from us.
  3. Your order will be delivered Fresh within a specially chilled Yorkshire Craft Butchery box. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. To keep the products as fresh as possible please make sure you or someone instructed by you is able to take delivery of the products. If you are not able to take delivery of the products, please use the special instructions field in the order process to instruct us where to leave your order, we will then inform our delivery partner where to leave your products. please note that, if delivery is still not possible the goods will either be returned to the depot or to the nearest post office collection point
  4. You are responsible for then recovering your delivery before the product becomes spoilt
  5. You are responsible for the care of the products once delivery is completed. The products should be refrigerated immediately following delivery
  6. Standard delivery charge is £5.95 for orders under £60.00 and £14.95 for Saturday delivery of orders under £60.00. There is a £30 minimum order value.
  7. Standard Next Day Delivery Charge is £10
  8. Free delivery on all orders over £100.00 Tuesday to Friday delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands / Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Northern Island).

  10. Unfortunately, we do not offer Sunday or Monday or bank holiday delivery slot
