Stunning steak

The 16 ounce rib eye is excellent just how it should be
I cooked my reverse sear with the SPG seasoning also from Yorkshire craft butchery which also excellent. The cut was fab We also had the fillet steaks which I would also recommend
Would not go any else for my steaks from now on
It was so good I did not have time to take pics but next time i will
