Dry Aged Grass Fed Large Ribeye Steak

Simply the tastiest meat in a long long while. Yes some down to the talented chef (me) mainly down to butcher Gav who ain’t too shabby. Awesome

The 16 ounce rib eye is excellent just how it should be
I cooked my reverse sear with the SPG seasoning also from Yorkshire craft butchery which also excellent. The cut was fab We also had the fillet steaks which I would also recommend
Would not go any else for my steaks from now on
It was so good I did not have time to take pics but next time i will
