Description
Beef flank butchery course sunday april 19th.
The day starts at 9am at the chop shop, after a brew and some breakfast you will get a butchery master class from Gav showing you a full aged flank off this you get your secondary cuts such as flank and bavette. After this you will get to butcher and keep your own flank and all what comes off the cut all packed up for you to take home.
After this we will have some dinner before the day ends.
