Free Range boneless belly pork.

3rd visit after ordering online to collect. Amazing quality food and have to stop myself from buying more!

This was an amazing slab of belly pork flavour and fat to meat ratio was really good! And the crackling it gave was banging with no help apart from a sprinkle of S.P.G! Quality here!!

Had this for yesterday and can honesly say it's the best I have ever had.

We use these to make pork belly burnt ends on our smoker. A beautiful cut with plenty of fat on (which you want) and succulent meat. It doesn't get much better for a lovely pork belly burnt end!

The piece I got from the guys at Yorkshire Craft Butchery was the best I’ve had,it cooked perfectly on the Weber BBQ and I just lightly seasoned it with salt and it turned out perfect
