Dry Aged Ribeye - Boned & Rolled

This is the second piece of rib eye we've had and we weren't disappointed with this either, really nice and easy to cook and when it's carved and on the plate you get a really good piece of beef with just the right amount of fat, it just melts in the mouth highly recommend

Excellent so tender and flavoursome

We opted to do a lovely bit of beef alongside turkey for Christmas and this was without a doubt the star of the show. Fantastic taste, juicy and tender. Highly recommend!
