We are excited to bring to you the first in a series of butchery classes here at YCB

This first class you will be shown by Gav how to butcher a dry aged native breed whole rump. This consists of the rump, picanha and the fillet.

On the day you shall recieve your own...

*Boning knife
*Limited edition ycb apron
*Slash proof gloves
*A whole aged rump approx 11kg bone in weight
*A box of 6 lumberjaxe dry rubs

Also breakfast on arrival and dinner at the finish.

All the meat you butcher on the day is yours to keep and Gav will help cut/portion to your desire it will all be vacum packed and labelled for you to fill the freezer....

This course is limited to 4 people full upfront payment is required to secure your place.
