Smoked Dry Cured Back Bacon

As smoked bacon goes, this was up there with the best, extra thickness and really good "smoke" makes for a really good bacon. There is too much "nasty" cheap bacon about these days, it is a pleasure to find a bacon that is far better tasting than most others.

Delicious streaky bacon. I laid a few slices over a chicken I was roasting this weekend. It was delicious; kept the meat moist and imparted a lovely flavour. And of course the crispy slices of bacon were quickly eaten up by the appreciative diners!

Thick cut and tasty. My wife grilled it not knowing where it was from and commented that it wasn’t pumped full of water.
