Dry aged yorkshire bred f1 wagyu ribeye

The wagyu from Yorkshire craft butchers is always amazing. The F1 was even more so. The fat is so soft, just buttery. Flavour was just so good. I could have eaten two of them. I may have to pre-order my own cow.
