Dry Aged French Trimmed Rib of Beef

The rib of beef was faultless, tender with a great flavour!

The beef was delicious and was the perfect centre piece for Christmas dinner

The website was very easy to use and the order arrived as promised on the arranged day👌
The beef rib joint was overweight but alas, the amount of fat running through the joint spoilt it for the majority of my guests.
Also for a dry aged joint I was very surprised how much blood was present in the bag, this made for an unpleasant smell and concerns about the meat being 'off'. It wasn't, but the excess blood wasn't good.
I will use this butcher again, but I think I prefer to visit him in person rather than order online.
