Personally beef dripping is the fat of choice for cooking roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding, the flavours from this on the crispy outside of the spuds and the crust it forms are second to none . If you already use dripping try this , it’s the best . If you haven’t tried dripping, give this a go you won’t be disappointed.
I also melt a bit if I need to coat burgers or steaks for the bbq and brush it on to prevent it sticking instead of oil. It seems to add more depth to the beefy flavour too
Perfect on the rib cap burgers on the bbq and to sear a thors hammer beef shin before its long slow cook . All from Yorkshire craft butchery and all very very good
