Half Lamb Butchery course...

Half lamb class....

The day starts at 9am on sunday the 11th of jan were you will get to eat some breakfast while Gav does a demonstration of a whole lamb into various cuts showing what can be done with a lamb. After this you will have your own half lamb to butcher yourself under gavs tuition it will be packed and labelled for your freezer.

On the day you will recieve half a lamb, a knife, an apron, a slash proof glove breakfast and dinner.
