What a lovely piece of beef, everything we get from Gav is always top quality highly recommended repeated visit
Best butcher around don’t forget to try the pies

What I received was not as shown on the website.
Was no better BUT more expensive than what I have purchased from M&S or Waitrose.
Don't know why they call it WAGYU ?
Will not be buying again.

Very tasty joint, always quality meat from Gav.
