Pork butchery class sunday 3rd of may

The day starts at 9am at the chop shop were after breakfast you will watch a butchery masterclass of a free range middle of pork from Gav, this consists of the loin and belly of the pig.

After this you will butcher your own middle just the way you want it and you keep all what you butcher.

After this we will have dinner before the day ends
