The day starts at 9am on sunday the 18th of jan, while you have breakfast Gav will do a demonstration of an aged native breed 5 rib of yorkshire beef showing you how to extract the ribeye the ribcap and intercoastals. After this you will butcher your own rib down into ribeyes with the ribcap we will teach you how we make our famous ribcap burgers which we will then cook some up for dinner. You will get all your ribeyes and burgers packed and labelled for the freezer.
On the day you will recieve a full aged 5 rib of yorkshire beef, a knife, an apron, a stab proof glove, breakfast and dinner.
