Whole Rooster

Absolutely fantastic. So moist. I ordered 2 but 1 fed 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty left over so we shared it for everyone to take home. Would definitely order again. Wonderful with your streaky bacon on top of breast. Thank you

Ordered a rooster for Christmas, I had to shop around quite a bit around some of the other more well known places in the area. Found these folks online, the order and purchase process was very smooth. Communication was clear. Pickup was great, friendly service. The order was packed very well with cooking suggestions and seasonings included. Would highly recommend.

All our Christmas meat was amazing and it has all gone. We’ve always opted for a rooster rather than a turkey as so much flavour. This one did not disappoint . Highly recommend this amazing local butcher and his produce . We are very lucky to live close by.
