Wild fallow deer boneless loin

Superb tenderloin. Served with limited facilities to friends whilst holidaying in Norfolk.
Cacao, ginger, peanut crumb, pomegranate labneh, blackberry red wine sauce. Stuffed mushrooms, chantenay carrots stuffed with truffle pea purée, asparagus, parmentier potatoes. (Lots of prep beforehand, but worked perfectly!) many thanks!
