I hastily cooked this lamb whilst busy working on Tuesday. I put it in the oven on a trivet of veg and lamb stock, covered in foil on low for the afternoon. I then took the foil off and gave it half an hour on 180 to crisp up the skin. It was the most juicy, tender, fall apart and full of flavour roast lamb I've had in a long time. Will definitely be ordering again.
