All online deliveries will be dispatched on either Thursday 18th December (for Friday delivery) or Friday 19th December (for Saturday 20th delivery). Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific date requests.

When is the Christmas ordering deadline?
Please place your Christmas order by the deadline shown on our Important Information notice so we can prepare it with care.
Do you deliver Christmas orders?
Yes. Delivery dates and areas are shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
Can I add special offers or limited products to my Christmas order?
Unfortunately not. Limited and special edition products — such as our Wagyu beef — are excluded from Christmas orders and cannot be added at the time of booking. Please keep an eye on our store for these products outside of the Christmas ordering period.
Which Christmas products are available?
Seasonal availability can change as stock is prepared. Browse the Christmas range online for the latest selection.
What are your weight allowances?
As you can imagine, getting exact weights is very difficult. We allow ourselves 250g either side of your purchased product on all meat 2kg and under, and an allowance of 500g on meat purchased over 2.5kg. If you think the lower end of your chosen weight range may not be enough, we advise going up a weight range — as we may not be able to accommodate changes after your order has been prepared.
Are your prices fixed?
Our prices are set as competitive as we can for the quality we sell. However, some prices may be subject to increase due to the impact of a poor harvest caused by drought this year. The price you pay at the time of ordering is the price you are locked in at — however, we reserve the right to change all website prices as and when needed.
