Prime Dry Cured Back Bacon

Lovely bacon no white salt coming out when you cook it.

The only complaint (if you could call it that) would be that there wasn’t quite enough jelly in the pork pies. Having said that the pies themselves the Postal Service, everything absolutely top-notch.

Good quality dry cured bacon.

Well, let’s just say if bacon had a royal family, this would be wearing the crown, sitting on a throne made of hash browns. Beautifully cured, full of flavour, and not a drop of unnecessary water when cooking – it sizzles like it means it. This is bacon for people who take breakfast seriously… and maybe lunch and dinner too. 10/10 – would fight a bear for another pack.
