Well, let’s just say if bacon had a royal family, this would be wearing the crown, sitting on a throne made of hash browns. Beautifully cured, full of flavour, and not a drop of unnecessary water when cooking – it sizzles like it means it. This is bacon for people who take breakfast seriously… and maybe lunch and dinner too. 10/10 – would fight a bear for another pack.
