Description
The YCB Tomapork is a cut we are well known for, it is a pork chop with belly still attached a feast for 1 or meal for 2. we use free range high welfare pigs so these will have a decent fat content, the rind is scored to help render the fat and crisp the rind.

The combination of juicy pork meat and succulent belly fat in the same bite is addictive!
These are huge and packed full of flavour, especially dusted in Lumberjaxe cowboy butter.
I’ve just reordered my third pair of these beasts.
