Description
The YCB Tomapork is a cut we are well known for, it is a pork chop with belly still attached a feast for 1 or meal for 2. we use free range high welfare pigs so these will have a decent fat content, the rind is scored to help render the fat and crisp the rind.

I do a lot of my cooking over live fire at home and these Tomaporks are incredible the flavour is second to none and when cooking these over live fire and you get that fat all crispy it’s delicious, you’ve got to give these a try
