Free Range Whole Bronze Turkey

Fantastic turkey. I’ve always bought free‑range birds from farms or butchers rather than supermarkets, and this one didn’t disappoint — in fact, it was the best we’ve ever had.
When cooking it, it was ready an hour earlier than expected, which I put down to the quality of the bird. It came out perfectly cooked, really moist, and there was plenty left over for turkey sandwiches later in the day.

I boiled up the carcass to make a hot‑and‑sour turkey soup, and that was excellent too. There was enough meat left for the soup to fill a colander, which is impressive considering we’d already taken everything off the breast, legs, and wings.

Very tasty turkey, one of the best I’ve had.

Always buy local, usually from turkey farm but this was the best we have had in a while, especialy the legs, lovely brown meat.

This was the best Turkey we have ever had, it was absolutely delicious.

Reviewing this in Hong Kong. Gav was great and got our turkey very last minute for our pre Christmas Dinner on 14th December (thank you for pulling in a favour). Used the butter and muslin method and never had a turkey as brown but beautifully juicy, ever, everyone enjoyed it and left overs for my favourite turkey and stuffing sandwich
