Our favourite steak, hanger or "onglet" is a steak from the internal section of the beast there are 2 hangers on the full animal. it has a very open grain we suggest searing in a hot pan or bbq and serving carved against the grain. Hanger lends itself to heavy seasoning and rubs very well.

Bloody amazing

I popped in after seeing another customers review. The team gave me a full education on secondary cut steaks and I went for the hangers and a bavette. Not cooked the bavette yet, but this hanger was amazing. It’s like a fillet but tastier. Went back and bought some more today.
