Been using Gav’s produce for several years now but I have to say since he set up
his own business the quality has been absolutely outstanding. We regularly have fillets, sirloin or ribeye and although ribeye is my personal favourite every cut we’ve had from the three have been superb either on the hob or on coals. Succulent and tender with rich buttery flavour.
